Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ekart to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on calyora.in.
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
