Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging
- You must have the original order confirmation or receipt
- The return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
- Items purchased during flash sales marked as “non-returnable”
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@calyora.in with your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will ship a free replacement immediately — no return needed for damaged items.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us or calling our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may return it after delivery.
